Mossbourne Riverside Academy is a Primary phase academy within the Mossbourne Federation, a multi-academy trust and a registered company, limited by guarantee.  

It is an exempt charity regulated by the Department for Education on behalf of the Secretary of State for Education. 

The Local Governing Body (LGB) for Mossbourne Riveside Academy fulfils an advisory function regarding student learning and welfare.
